Not good
Added this paste to a pasta dish I always make and it made it taste disgusting. Food and paste then went in the bin. I would recommend using Lazy Garlic.
Brilliant
It's brilliant. Tasty (1 tsp = 1 clove of fresh garlic), easy to use with no sticky, garlicky fingers, and long-lasting when stored correctly.
Simple!
I use this whenever garlic is specified in a recipe, so much quicker and easier than faffing about chopping up cloves! Great value for money too.

For Asian and Chinese cooking I use this paste a lot for roasts, I use the cloves. Either way, this paste is always in my cupboards!
Not dreadful... .
... but better quick garlics on the market. It has a tinny, vinegary taste.
Can't go wrong
Even if this is sold at its normal price, it can do no wrong, but now it's on offer I have ordered another 3 in my order turning up on Tuesday. Just be warned it can be over garlicky, but I always add more than is necessary being a bit of a garlic fiend lol
