Preparation and Usage
1. Wash and dry chicken, cut into pieces then dip both sides in whisked Egg or Milk.
2. Put the KTC Hot & Spicy Chicken Mix in a container. Then add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or oven bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 200 °C (392 °F) for 25 - 30 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Serve & Enjoy.

it has quite a kick
really nice mixed in with panko breadcrumbs , to coat chicken very tasty
very nice
tried it with one and two coating, preferred one coating as it was less salty. perfect for making your own chicken burgers too using thinly sliced chicken breast, dip into the batter and fry it on a pan.

If you are a fan of fried chicken then try this! We are takeaway junkies due to our love of fried chicken and chicken burgers and this is by far the best seasoning ever and has saved us probably A£40 per tub. It could be a little spicier but that's easy to solve. Overall an amazing flavour and brilliant fried chicken seasoning.
