Hummus!
My favourite brand of ready-cooked chick peas. Make low fat red onion hummus in your blender, with a drained can of these, one chopped dry-fried red onion, seasoning & spices, half a teaspoon of HP sauce (yes, REALLY) and two tablespoons of extra lite mayo. It's AMAZING!

Halloumi and Courgette Burgers
Here’s a veggie burger recipe the whole family will love. Halloumi is known for its strong, salty flavour, which complements the beautifully flavoured courgette perfectly. Both these ingredients are ideal for grilling on the BBQ, for bringing out even more flavour.

Try something different with this spicy, vegetarian dish. Try adding cayenne pepper to make it extra spicy.

This vegetarian recipe is ideal for summer gatherings. If you don't fancy chickpeas, try using cannellini beans or canned butter beans instead.

Great product and good value.
I used to soak and cook dried chickpeas which was a faff but I now use these as theyre tasty and cheap. In terms of packaging, tins/metal is widely recycled so also a good switch away from plastic packaging.
