Preparation and Usage
The baking time may vary depending on the oven used. Adjust accordingly.
Icing preparation:
1. Empty the pot with icing sugar into a bowl, add 1-1 1/2 teaspoons of water, stir well to separate any sugar lumps.
2. Allow cinnamon swirls to cool slightly, then drizzle the icing on top of baked cinnamon swirls.
Note: Adjust icing consistency with more or less water until you achieve the desired thickness.
Tip: For a glossy appearance slightly warm 2 tablespoons of apricot jam and brush on top of freshly baked swirls, allow to cool slightly, then drizzle the icing on top and enjoy!

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
1. Pull the corner of the label down to the left where indicated.
2. The can will pop open; you then twist the can to remove the dough.
3. Unroll the dough and spread the cinnamon filling across the dough.
4. Starting from one of the short ends, roll the dough and then slice the dough with a serrated knife into 6 equal slices.
5. Place the slices on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
6. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Really nice freshly baked \x26 warm.
My daughter loves these & I try not to eat too many but find them irresistible & have to have at least one as the 'cook'.

Not What They Used to Be
A CHANGE FOR THE WORSE WON'T BE BUYING AGAIN Used to be quick and easy, slice them up and pop in the oven. Now a complete palaver to assemble. Messy, difficult and they fall apart. So sad.

Theres not a great deal of dairy free breakfast pastry options available. These are delicious. A regular purchase and a family favourite.

Wont be buying these again!
Not impressed at all by the new make your own kit used to love these as a quick and easy (but not cheap) breakfast option, now they are a messy faff with the additional cinnamon pot meaning more plastic waste!!

Bad decision to change
Guess that the way to make these swirls now is cost related . Messy , fussy and time consuming to make now and difficult to make into a good circular shape once cut. Don't understand why you have chosen to ruin a perfectly good product- not impressed and can't be bothered with them now. Shame

What a hassle!
In the past these were easy to make and quite nice. Probably to cut costs they have changed the concept so now it takes about 5 times more time to prepare them for baking and the result is simply awful. Too sweet and lacking any meaningful taste of cinnamon.
