Product information

Red Stag is now Black Cherry, with a sweet new look but the same great taste. Jim Beam® Black Cherry is black cherry liqueur infused with Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The result is a balance of soft, dark cherry aromas backed by traditional bourbon oak. Jim Beam® Black Cherry is highly mixable and versatile, so it can be consumed straight, chilled as a shot, on the rocks, or mixed with cola for our refreshing signature serve. Pour 25ml of Jim Beam Black Cherry over ice, finish with a squeeze of lemon, garnish with black cherries.

Doesn\x27t taste how it used to

Red Stag has always been our favourite tipple, but something has changed (other than the fact it used to be 40% and is now 32.5%)... it now tastes like a vat of sugar cane syrup has been added. That's all you can taste, just sickly sweet & nasty. A huge disappointment to what used to have a unique amazing flavour. Woe won't be purchasing again until the recipe returns to the original (which we all know it won't). RIP Red Stag.

It\x27s changed.

This particular drink was once 40 percent alcohol. It was good stuff. Now they've lowered it to 32.5 percent it has become too sweet. It was always good with cherry cola, probably still is. I preferred it neat. I'm done buying this as I can water spirits down myself. They didn't water down its price to go with it though.
