Vinification Details
From Pavia, northern Italy, this wine is a result of a selection of the best quality Pinot Grigio grapes from mature vineyards, which were harvested in late August / early September. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for a period of 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

To be fair would only buy this on offer but good quality wine

ok for the money I suppose

Ok for the money but a bit sour as has already been said. Need to drink this one very cold to take the edge off. Dry. Wouldn't buy it again but I drank it.

A bit sour

I found this wine rather too sour for Pino Grigio - not much flavour and not kind on the palate,

Lovely Pinot Grigio and a reasonable price, I bought it at £6.00 on offer, Really fruity but dry, but not too dry. Great summer drinking.
