If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking times

You may need to adjust cooking times to suit your appliances.; Grill - From Frozen. Time:10-12 mins, Temperature Setting: Medium.
Instructions: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill for 10-12 minutes.
Turn occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are well cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. (Based on 850 Watt and 3 kebabs)
Instructions: Remove kebabs from packaging and place them in a microwaveable plate in the middle of the microwave oven. Cook on full power for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, allow to stand for 1 minute. Ensure the kebabs are well cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Temperature: Fan 180ºC, Gas 6, 200ºC, Time:18 - 20 mins

Why the fish smell?
As per previous review these kebabs produce a pungent fish odor that filled the kitchen,cooking in microwave or oven made no difference. Pity these used to be quality products years back but will be staying away, took ages to get rid of the smell.

Horrible
These are vile. Absolutely horrible in every way. I shall be getting a refund on this truly awful product. Do not buy these, even your dog will hate them

very nice
these have no artificial ingredients and taste lovely and low fat. nice in a pitta bread with salad or with savoury rice.
