A sparkling alcoholic brew infused with the natural flavours of dandelion & burdock. Hooper's is inspired by the traditional process of fermenting dandelions & burdock thistle roots to deliver a burst of fruitiness and tones of aniseed which blend to a subtle spicy finish.
Hooper's takes its name from William Hooper who travelled the globe in the early 19th Century to find ideas to launch a range of refreshing alcoholic beverages, prompting the invention of Hooper's Ginger Brew.
Today's embossed 500ml bottle is inspired by Hooper's heritage, championing the traditional barrel which gave rise to the surname itself.
