Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil in a large heavy frying pan. Add the sausages and fry over a medium to low heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning every now and then to brown them evenly.

Where\x27s the taste?
These were so dry in texture and there is no taste of 'anything' to them, so they are not going to be a favourite anytime soon.

A bit dry.
Needs more fatty pork. Venison is lean and sausages should be succulent and moist. Belly pork added to them would sort it out.
