Preparation and Usage
Cooking instructions
Coat chicken in whisked egg or milk.
Put the chicken mix in a container.
Place chicken portion in the container and mix thoroughly until the chicken has an even coating.
Deep fry chicken portions for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked.
Alternatively bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 200°C for 30 minutes.
