Unpleasantly salty
I've been impressed with Heck's 97% pork sausages, so I thought I'd try these for a change. Oh dear. No texture issues described by other reviewers, but these have so much salt in that they're quite difficult to finish. Won't buy again.

Went off quickly
Very disappointed, ate half which were tasty but the other half were growing fungus one day after the use by date. An expensive waste.

Delicious when fried
Agree with other reviews - great when fried. Juicy and much healthier than pork sausages. (Chewy if cooked in oven, which isn't recommended on packaging)

Not great tasting very chewy plastic like skin wasnt a hit in our house
