Instructions for use
We recommend you wear gloves while you disinfect and clean your toilet. 1. Lift up the toilet seat and carefully direct the nozzle under the toilet rim. 2. Squeeze the bottle and apply slowly all around the inside of the bowl, allowing enough liquid to cover the bowl completely. 3. For optimum cleaning results, leave for 10 minutes, flush and brush. 4. To disinfect, leave for 60 minutes, flush and brush. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use. Do not use with any bleaches or other cleaning products. After use: Keep tightly closed.

Avoid this and buy original
I usually buy the original version of this, as it is the best heavy duty toilet cleaner you can buy. However, I am trying to clean one toilet, and it is not shifting certain stains, it does not have much of a smell to it either. I would recommend the original more so, as this seems to be diluted with stuff to make it smell differently, however, the loss is proper cleaning power.

Does the job for us.
When our old toilet had some 90 degree angles in the bottom I found this didn't help get rid of stains that had settled in to those, but it cleaned the rest of the toilet great. I never did find a product to get rid of those stains though. I did feel it had enough of a smell to freshen and it's a good price, so happy all round. Definitely nicer than standard bleach.
