so expensive
Use to love these eggs I cant justify the price anymore
Misleading advertising
Happy eggs have 46 charges against them for cruelty, they use cages and chickens are not pasture raised, look it up yourself. There are better ways-I'm not buying these, there's no need to hurt them or make them suffer
Dark brown shell, dark golden yolk
Great to know I won't find non-free range eggs at Morrisons! These have really dark brown shells which require an effort to break. The yolks are dark golden and don't break easily when being fried. It may be imagination, but I think these eggs also taste better than the cheaper Morrisons ones. I just wish they were a little larger and cheaper (I could only find the medium size).
Learn how to store your eggs!!
Reading the below reviews - please learn to store eggs in the fridge!! These are delicious eggs, I've never had any issues with my happy eggs which are always a must have on the shopping list
lovely
lovely eggs. I have no complaints at all. Having kept hens myself we often found shells hard to remove on the fresher eggs. Other reviews have given bad feedback for this but I'm doubtful anything can be done. Often fresher is better.
terrible
worst eggs I've ever had for boiling, no amount of care could remove the shell without taking the white with it...grrrr
