Cooking Guidelines
1 Score skin & season...
...Pat the skin of the duck breast with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Score and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
2 Sear in pan...
...Heat a frying pan on the hob over a medium to high heat without oil. Place the breast skin side down in the hot frying pan.
Cook for 5 minutes until the skin turns golden brown; turn over and seal the meat for 1 minute. Pour off excess fat regularly.
3 Roast in oven...
...Place the duck breasts skin side up on a baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven. Cook for 13-16 minutes, depending on how you like your duck cooked. When the duck is cooked to your liking, rest the meat in a warm place for 5-10 minutes before serving.
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

not for me
really small when cooked and it costs a fortune. no way is it worth the price
Not full Duck Breasts
Not full duck beasts The pack I have received are obviously from a really large duck so they have been cut in half lengthwise, yes they are the correct weight 300g but they will look awful when plated up wanted this for a special dinner. They will end up in a stir fry now
Unimpressed
Bought these as whole duck has been out of stock for a while and we really fancied it but OMG they are so small.. cooked them as recommended and they shrunk to the point that there wasn’t enough for two people so I ended up cooking another meal for myself. Won’t be buying them again
Perfect
I buy these to use in a Thai curry. Add mange tout, baby sweetcorn and spring onions. Perfect. Very tasty duck with very little fat.
Lovely great quality.
Great product. really happy with quality and brought while on special offer. tastes beautiful when cooked in the slow cooker in a curry! excited to use in other meals!
Lovely
Cooked (as per SteveW review) to perfection. Let stand before eating. Great texture, lovely flavour, skin delicious. Would buy again.
