Regional Information
Sauvignon Blanc from the Western Cape appellation is very aromatic, due to part of the uniqueness and the location of the terroir. We set out to produce a wine which offers more focus on the structure of the palate. Although challenging this wine offers a new dimension of length and concentration on the palate.

Vinification Details
Harvested early in the morning, the grapes arrive at the cellar at optimum berry temperature. The grapes are slow pressed and only free run and lightly pressed juice is collected for this wine. Constant reductive conditions are maintained with the use of CO2 gas to minimize oxygen uptake and loss of flavors. Cold fermentation at 10 - 12°C retain the vibrant flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Love Graham, sadly not his wine :(

I've been to NZ and tried a lot of Sauvignons! Initially... I wasn't sure if I'd got a "bad batch" of this Graham Norton wine. However, after buying bottles from different places and different years (of grape) I am truly sad to say it's got a bit of a clinical taste, sometimes even musty. Certainly not worth £9. I'm so sorry Graham!!
