Preparation and Usage
Directions:
1. Add contents of pouch to 500ml of cold water.
2. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

One Pot Chicken Curry
Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 40 mins
Ingredients:
1kg chicken breasts
75ml white vinegar
500ml water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
6 Pimento berries
2 Medium carrots (chopped)
450g Irish potatoes (chopped)
225g All purpose flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Dunn's River Mild Caribbean Curry Powder
1 Litre boiling water
1 Packet Grace Cock Flavour Soup Mix
Method:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and wash with white vinegar and water.
2. Drain well and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Crush ginger, chop spring onion, peel and slice carrots and irish potatoes and set aside.
4. Combine flour with enough water to make a smooth dough and leave to relax.
5. Heat vegetable oil and add curry powder, crushed ginger, chopped spring onion and pimento seeds. Add the seasoned chicken and mix well.
6. Add boiling water, carrots, irish potatoes and log shaped dumplings made from the dough.
7. Add Grace Cock Flavour Soup Mix, stir well, cover and allow to simmer for about 40 minutes.
8. Stir Occasionally until cooked. Garnish with coriander. Enjoy!

I followed the instructions and added a pack of noodles to the soup but found it very bland I would never buy these again maybe only buy them if your gonna add some extra chicken and vegetables and stuff but having it with just water is not worth buying

omg the salt
Cheap, but when you see most of it is salt you know why. When cooked you just get a bowl of yellow salty water with a few sad bits of noodle at the bottom. Nasty.
