So Simple to Cook!
When you have such fabulous fresh produce on your doorstep, like we do, the only sensible approach is to keep it simple and let the flavours sing. So...
1. Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan.
2. Add a pinch of salt and carefully add your pasta.
3. Cook for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.
4. Serve with a trickle of olive oil - or a spot of melted butter - and a scattering of parmesan. Enjoy!
Top tip: Sometimes fresh tortelloni can stick together a bit. If this happens, don't pull them apart - they should separate naturally while cooking.

beautiful
really tasty. no need to add anything to this..not yet tried other flavors but this one is simply beautiful. defonately a one portion size unless served as part of a big meal

Good, but expensive and one portion not two
This is superb in flavour and texture. The best tortellini I have ever had. However for me it will be a treat purchase. 250g is really one portion not two as it says on the packet.

No comparison!
Without doubt the best filled pasta I have ever eaten and I am 69 years old. No need for sauce. A little butter and some freshly grated parmesan - heaven. Bit expensive but worth it because you're not buying the sauce. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Great tortelloni
I had these added free to my last delivery (thanks Morrisons) and they are simply beautiful. Cook well in a few minutes and have a great filling. I added some pesto and I will try again with a light tomato sauce.
