History
Young and full of energy, Georges set off with the family-grown wines strapped to his bicycle in the 1950s, meeting top restaurateurs like Gaston Brazier, Paul Blanc, Paul Bocuse, Jean and Pierre Troisgros, and even the Haeberlin brothers. This created a demand for better quality Beaujolais.
Regional Information
Julienas is a cru vineyard in the Beaujolais region. The wines are succulent and ripe compared to the other crus.
Vinification Details
"semi-carbonic maceration 10-12 days, pressing, temperature controls during all the process,
malolactic fermentation 100%." All the grapes are hand picked.
