Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (180°C Fan) or Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and place quiche in its foil container onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.

Amazing taste
Hard to believe it's gluten free, with such a perfect taste and nice texture.

Revolting
This product is the worst quiche I have ever tasted - It was bitter and almost detergent like and I would never buy it again. It was so bad I scraped it off my plate into the bin after two bites.
