Dry and brittle
This bread, although edibbled, tastes a bit dry and has a habit of falling apart.

New recipe is lovely!
I previously rated this 2 stars but I'm so impressed with the new recipe I removed the review and re-posted a new one. Soft and tasty and no chalkiness like the old formula.

Dry
Used to be lovely bread until Genius so called improved their recipe now it is like all the rest of the Gluten free bread over priced, dry and falls to bits.

genius!!
This bread is the best gluten free white bread I've tasted. Only downside is it dries out quick when opened, I make sure I clip mine shut to stop it from drying out so quick. It will last a few days, but like most gluten free products. Apart from that a good tasting sandwich loaf!

You have to microwave before eating
A coeliac friend told me that if you microwave any gluten free bread for 30 seconds or so before eating it makes a huge difference & it REALLY does! I like this bread as a sandwich it's not great as toast though.
