Nice and soft for sandwiches but too sweet
I like this bread for sandwiches as it doesn't require "refreshing" and is soft from the packet. It tastes quite nice but is too sweet for me, why is there so much sugar in this? It has treacle, sugar beet fibre and muscovado sugar. Other gluten free brown breads contain less so I buy a different one for toast that is not so sweet.

Best gluten free bread so far
Since my IBS started becoming more serious, and I could no longer have things with wheat , I have tried many different brands of gluten free bread. I have to say that this is one of the best so far. It doesn't fall apart like others, an the taste is great. Just like with every other change in life, you have to get used to eating this type of bread instead of a wheat based one. Hope this helps.

Great Glutenfree Bread
Feels and looks like normal bread, so that my newly diagnosed coeliac daughter, and her little sister, also eat it. IMO it tastes like normal brown sandwich bread. Certainly much superiour to any glutenfree bread I've managed to bake so far. I started to have one of them in the freezer at all times. Can't complain about any holes... they may have improved this. Thumbs up from our household.

too many holes
bought 3 loafs of this bread to see if it was just a mistake but most slices are full of holes this means you cant use as toast as it burns around the holes before toasting the rest of the bread and any spreads just fall through the holes

Very disappointed.
No way was this a 'soft' loaf for sandwiches. Slices were hard and dry and only fit for toasting, even then not great. Won't be buying again and would not recommend.
