Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 180 °C/Gas mark 4. Remove all packaging and place nuggets on an oven tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until nuggets are crispy and golden.
Delicious served as they are with a tomato relish or in any meal of your choice.
Delicious blend of soy and rice proteins with a gluten free crumb coating and chia (salvia hispanica) seeds.

Satisfied my nugget craving!!
While these don't have a chickeny flavour, it's not a million miles off, and I mean chicken nuggets barely taste like chicken anyway! They have a fantastic consistency and are flavoursome and were abso delicious with ketchup. My meat-eating boyfriend was also very impressed with them! These satisfied my nuggets craving no doubt about it!

Gluten Free Vegan Nuggets tasty and healthy
Don't get the previous review. These are actually quite healthy. They cook well and my meat eating kids actually prefer them to M&S nuggets. I am purchasing them again and again.

Best nuggets so far
Having been a vegetarian for over 40 years I have tried most mock meat products. These I actually enjoyed. I liked the taste and texture. These are my sons new favourites.

Fussy eater liked it!
Believe it or not my fussy eating toddler like it more than sweet potato fries! It is soft, crumbly but moist in the centre. The bread coating is thin but it doesn't come off easily when handling which is good. It is very quick to cook in the oven and taste alright. Hubby likes it as well once I told him it is veggie when he thought the texture isn't like whole pieces of chicken. defintely a staple now to be served with peas and healthy fries.
