The Western Cape is the centre for wine production in South Africa, situated around the bustling city of Cape Town. Proximity to the ocean gives freshness to the wines, whilst the warm, sunny climate and rich soils produce ripe styles from a wide variety of grapes.

Vinification Details
Following the harvest, the grapes were crushed and then juice allowed to settle. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. The wine stayed on its lees for between 3-6 months to gain in body and complexity.
