Look at the protein

Fage is the best Greek yogurt you will find. That's why it's popular in so many countries. It's better than the "Greek Style" yogurts you see all over the shelves. Always look at the label. Real Greek yogurt is much higher in protein than the fake stuff. Makes a great late night snack as it's protein is casein protein, which is slow digesting. I get the flavor drops that many of the online protein companies sell, and add them to my yogurt. Easy and tastes amazing! Also goes great with fresh fruit.

The Best Fat Free Yoghurt

This is my favourite yoghurt. Chop up some figs, coat with honey and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate then add to this yoghurt. Its heaven in a dish.
