Cooking Instructions - General. Give the carton a good shake.
Be careful the soup will be hot. Let it stand for 1 minute before eating.
Do not reheat when cooled.; Hob - From Chilled. Moderate heat, 5 mins
Pour soup into a saucepan, heat until piping hot, stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 900W, 5 mins
Simply open the carton and pop in the microwave for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through, until piping hot.

This soup used to be great with a strong mushroom taste but recently has less mushrooms and gone gloopy. Now padded out with mushed rice which is horrible! Also very salty flavour. This brand has thinned out and removed the flavour in its soups. Only a few are edible in this range now. What has happened to this brand?

Disappointing

I used to love this soup. However, it resembles flour and water now with no mushroom taste whatsoever. I tried it again in case I had originally had some from a 'bad batch'. It had the same horrible taste and I left it. It's such a shame because it used to be so tasty.

Love it

Absolutely love this soup, real mushrooms not horrible rubbery ones, have stopped making it at home as this tastes as good but less time consuming

Really awful

I love mushroom soup. This was not good mushroom soup. Don't buy it!

Awful, went in the bin

I wish I'd have read the reviews before buying this. Mushroom soup is my favourite but this was water with an awful earthy taste. I forced down 1/3 bowl as was starving after a late shift then had to put the rest in the bin!

Can no longer buy this

They have taken out the 'Cream of' to make this vegan friendly. What a shame, as years ago it used to be the best mushroom soup ever. Now it is watery and bland, lost it's oomph. Keep trying it in the hope I got a 'bad batch' but everytime it's disappointing. Bring back the original version please.
