In my view this is the best mouthwash to buy

after 12 months using this product my dentist noticed a considerable improvement with my gums. I brush my teeth with a small amount of this in my mouth instead of toothpaste, before bed every day. I tastes good and makes your mouth feel good too

Disappointing

I've tried many different mouthwashes over the years, but have used Colgate for some time now, as it seems reasonably priced and quite effective. However I found this Triple Action variety very disappointing. It may well be anti-bacterial (I have no way of ascertaining whether it is or not) but as a breath-freshener it's far too mild and not vey effective. I like a mouthwash which has a strong minty flavour which remains for some time after you've spat the product out. This one barely tastes of mint, and you're not left with any pleasant after taste or a particularly fresh mouth once you've finished using it. Colgate make much better mouthwashes than this one and I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.

Other mouthwashes are more effective.

This is a fine breath freshener but does a poor job of reducing plaque and tartar compared to another well known brand of mouthwashes which I can't LIST here.
