Place the pouch with tray and products inside the microwave and cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900 Watt) or until cooked thoroughly.; Steam - From Frozen. Remove all packaging. Line steamer with greaseproof paper and place product in the steamer over boiling water for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Serve immediately.

Dim sum
I agree they are not chinese supermarket quality but I think they are worth the money at £2.75 for a box. The sui mei and har kau are pretty good, the shitake are a bit dry like the peas you get from a pot noodle. I add dim sum to mine and eat all 9 together, 3 mins in the microwave, it's not a bad quick bite to eat and not really that bad for you.

Not authentic
It's very bland no flavour at all and is nothing like authentic dim sum that you can buy from chinese supermarkets.
