Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and drain off the water bath. For best results place the tofu in-between two chopping boards lined with kitchen roll and put 4x400g tins on top to apply pressure for 20mins. Alternatively, you can use a tofu press. Hob. 6 minutes pat dry, chop and use in a recipe of your choice. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently, until brown and crispy. My favourite tofu

There are many brands of this now but this one has been around a very long time and still my favourite. I used it always in soups and stews and it is handy grated as a scrambled egg replacement. I rate it highly.

Great tasty tofu!

I bought this for the first time and loved it! This tofu is good value for money and I am impressed with the nice firm texture- not too hard or too soft! Perfect for frying or making vegetarian soups! Please keep stocking!

Bad quality and tasteless

These tofu when they made it hasnt remove the bubbles or the residue off. The tofu from Chinese supermarket is much better than these.

Lovely in stir frys

You need to soak the water out of these before using otherwise it falls apart. But once you do this it stays nice and firm and works very well in stir frys or curry.

Really like this

Good, firm tofu. I use it in stir-fries with peanut oil, ginger and soy sauce. There is a lot of tofu in the pack but if you divide it into chunks, it's fine to put in the freezer for another time.
