Exactly what I wanted, as described

I just wanted the soap to refill an existing container and pump I had. You can't recycle the pump, but you can recycle this whole bottle that's why it's better for the environment! So for those who seem confused, the idea is you decant this into the bottle you have at home and recycle this container. This is what the product is called/describes and that's why I bought it.

I can't see how this uses less plastic than the pump itself.

Not as advertised

Wrong product to picture. Also, it doesnt save any plastic, and surely thats the purpose of a refill bottle?!?

Wrong Product

This is not the product described. It is not a handwash with pump only a refil. if you don't have a pump bottle to put it in is useless.

Not what is stated

I have ordered this 3 times now and I keep getting sent a re-fill bottle instead of a bottle with a pump on it - I don't have a pump bottle so this is starting to become a bit silly. Morrison please sort this out. If it is a re-fill bottle you only have in stock then you need to advertise it as such !!

Received a refill bottle!

As with other reviews, Iv received a refill bottle twice now. I'm all for plastic waste reduction, but if you don't have a bottle to refill, what's the point? I had to buy a plastic dispenser bottle to put this in, so it cost me more money in the end. Morrisons shouldn't be advertising a bottle of handwash WITH a dispenser and giving people a refill bottle. 😡
