In volume terms, use 1 tbsp of Canderel® to replace 1 tbsp of sugar. In weight terms, divide the quantity of sugar by 8: e.g. 80g of sugar = 10g of Canderel®
Granular Canderel® is ideal for cooking, baking and sprinkling on fruit or cereal.

Very Good
This is excellent sprinkled on cereals I prefer it to sugar. It is very good.

Great product but too expensive
As a diabetic, I find this a good alternative to sugar. It doesn't have a bitter after taste as some other sweeteners do and it's great for baking too. It's a shame it's so pricey though and I only get it when it's on special offer at half price. I tend to stock up then.

tastes good
Tastes good and isnt bitter however I do find that it just floats on the top of hot drinks like a weird scum, especially with foamy/frothy toppings even if I try stirring it in first. Ive just got a new coffee machine that adds a crema and no matter what I do I cannot get this stuff to mix into the actual coffee rather than just sit in the crema. Im trying something else now, fed up of unsweetened expensive coffee :-(
