I love that this delicious, high-quality lemon curd has just the basic few ingredients, and no overload of horribly unhealthy extra additives such as Glucose-Fructose Syrup, which is avoid in all products.
This product is far too sweet and what I can only describe as a more buttery egg like taste than a true lemon curd. Not worth the money even if on offer!
This is what I'd call a good quality lemon curd. It has the perfect balance of sharpness and sweetness and has the perfect texture. I used some to make a gorgeous lemon cake. It's also lovely on toast and pretty much anything else for that matter! I would 100% recommend it. I purchased it as part of a promotion.
