Preparation and Usage
To cook your noodles:
Boil: Bring a pan of water to the boil.
Simmer: Add one nest of noodles per person to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. If using in a stir fry, take out after 4 minutes. Stir with a fork occasionally.
Drain: Drain and rinse in cold water.
Enjoy: Serve immediately or add to a delicious Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauce.
Feeling inspired?
We can't have noodles without a drizzle of Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce before serving.
Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil.
Step 2: Add noodles to the pan (1 nest per person).
Step 3: Simmer for 5 minutes (or 4 minutes if used in a stir fry).
Step 4: Drain, rinse in cold water and serve (or add as last minute element in a stir fry).

perfecto!
I live these. As someone who can't eat white flour/noodles these are perfect and I personally think they taste good and they are much more filling that the white noodle variety but without the kick in the tummy I get from white noodles!! My ibs is so much calmer!!! Thank you Morrisons for stocking these

They are great. We have them in stir fry or just on the side of salmon fried in coconut oil with julienne veg. I can't think how anyone would give them less than 5*

Watery, tasteless noodles
These noodles had no flavour at all. The second listed ingredient is water - you can definitely tell. Tried 2 of the nests and threw the rest away - Avoid these.
