Our Oyster & Spring Onion stir fry sauce is made with spring onions, garlic & ginger.
Ready in few simple and quick steps!
1. Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
2. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
3. After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
4. Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with rice and enjoy!

Tasty
I added this to some salmon, broccoli and chilli just as a very quick meal..and it was great. It is a bit sweet but unless you're using for noodles etc, you don't need much. It's nice just to use a little to coat some ingredients in as a quick stir fry.
Sugary sauce masquerading as genuine Chinese sauce
Got this by mistake. I enjoy Chinese food but dislike massed produced convenience Chinese sauces because they're overwhelmingly saccharin. This one was no exception. It had that familiar Chinese style flavour but the taste of oyster sauce was barely present and the flavour spring onions was non existent. It was a Chinese style sugary, sweet, glucose sauce. Truly awful.
Delicious
Love this sauce. Cooked this with jumbo prawns and white fish and was delicious. Not too sweet and extremely tasty, a firm favourite for my next stir-fry!
