At Blue Dragon, we are inspired by the vibrancy of modern Asia, sharing new tastes and recipes to fuel your passion for food. Our Black bean stir fry is a Chinese-style stir fry sauce, with salted black soya beans, dark soy sauce, garlic & ginger.

Ready in few simple and quick steps!

1. Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
2. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
3. After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
4. Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with rice and enjoy!

Other ingredients we suggest for an authentic Black Bean stir fry:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g beef fillets
- 1 green pepper
- a handful of water chestnuts
- Blue Dragon noodles

lacks salt but can be added also lacks that authentic fried black bean flavour but itll do

I love this sauce

Just mix with pepper, onion and mushroom for a tasty stir fry.

Handy, but overly sweet.

Very handy for a quick stir fry, and flavoursome. However, they are overly-sweet. I have quite a sweet-tooth, but find Blue Dragon sauces cloyingly syrupy. I've changed to ordering Sharwood's which have a lower sugar content, but have yet to use.
