Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.
1. Preheat oven to 220ºC, Fan 200ºC Gas Mark 7.
2. Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 20 minutes.
3. Serve with your favourite sides.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
These instructions are guidelines only.
Do Not refreeze after defrosting.

Always Nice
Lovely tasty fish - all my family love it. Bob on to a wire rack and the grease off the batter flows away.

NO GREASE
These fish are really nice and too avoid the problem described in the last review, place the fish on your grill that way any unwanted fat just drips through, tends to create a crunchier batter as well.

GREASE OVERLOAD
The fish tasted nice but there was so much grease it soaked into the underside of the batter and made it soggy and slimy,, quite off putting, Half of the portion was wasted as in my view was not edible. I have another pack in the freezer which i will be transferring to the bin. Definitely wont be buying again.
