- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do Not refreeze after defrosting.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium Grill 12-15 Mins
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Turn over occasionally.
- Cook until crisp and golden.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8, 12-15 Mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.

TASTE IS BITTER AND SHARP

False economy to buy these instead of Genuine Cod, these are bitter and sharp, horrible!

So much nicer

I far prefer these fish filters to Cod, which has a spikiness to the flesh, something unpleasant akin to the texture of a cat’s tongue. Pollock reminds me of prawns, both a little a flavour & taste, milder fish than cod and much nicer.

Green in the middle

Ours were green in the middle when we cut into them! Hopefully a one off, but not good!

Lacking.

I don't like these, I've had better supermarket economy fish fingers before but the other supermarket changed the recipe and now I'm left floundering looking for a good cheap fish finger. The texture seemed too moist and not meaty enough.

STICK WITH COD

These are pretty tasteless when compared with their cod based cousins.
