If serving in a bun, take care, the fish will be very hot.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do Not refreeze after defrosting.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium Grill 25 Mins
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Turn over occasionally.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas Mark 6 25-30 Mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.

O dear. I had high hopes based on most reviews but the fish was grey and the breadcrumbs tasted rancid. In fact I shall bin the second one and I never waste food.
