Preparation and Usage
Simple steps!
Stir ready to spread icing, at room temperature, with a rounded knife
To ice:
Spread or pipe onto your cooled Betty Crocker™ cake or cupcakes.
To glaze:
1. Spread a very thin layer (about 1/3 of the tub) on top of the cooled cake
2. Remove foil seal completely before placing in microwave oven. Place the tub with the remaining icing, in the microwave oven, uncovered. Microwave at 800W for 20 seconds.
3. Stir thoroughly until smooth. If too thick to pour, microwave 5 to 10 seconds longer.
4. Pour icing over your cake so that it drips down on the sides.
Ready to spread:
One tub contains enough icing to cover and fill one 20cm double layer cake (serves 12) or up to 27 cupcakes.
Remove foil seal completely before placing in microwave oven.

Strange
Its supposed to be coffee but smells and tastes like Baileys to me! Very very sickly

Yuk!
Being a regular baker I don’t think you can beat homemade, however on a whim I decided to buy a tub of this to use in my coffee and walnut fudge cake. Luckily I tasted it before I used it. It’s awful, very fake tasting with hardly any coffee flavour. Put it straight in the bin. Made my own butter cream, delicious!
