It only takes a few minutes to heat me in a pot on the hob. Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 2 1/2 mins
Place contents in a microwaveable container, cover and vent. Microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover. Microwave on full power for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving. For higher wattage microwaves heating times should be reduced.

Not chip shop style
Horrible and runny. Avoid.
Does what it says on the tin
Add salt and vinegar, and you have perfect chippy peas.
Excellent, just like the chippy.
I can't understand the negative reviews, mine are firm, not watery and just like the ones in the chippy.
Worst ever
I used to buy the excellent Morrisons frozen mushy peas, but these seem to have been delisted. Tried these and could not believe how bad they are. First thing is the very unappealing artificial bright green colour. This no doubt from chemical colouring. Next is they are very watery, a few fluorescent green peas floating in fluorescent green water. The much cheaper Morrisons Savers peas are far superior.
Not Recommended \- Too many fake reviews here!
Definitely NOT chippy style mushy peas! I have tried this product several times and I find the peas to be always undercooked and hard and definitely NOT MUSHY. They need to be cooked to make them edible. I grew up "up north" and while I have lived where the work takes me I have always once or more times a week eaten mushy peas - mostly Morrisons, which are vastly different quality to this product.
Awful!!
They tasted like mushy garden peas, not the real mushy peas taste we all know and love. They're a definite no, no. I much prefer Morrisons own make plus they're much cheaper.
