The smell and stomach ache wasnt worth it

I really hoped Id like these but they gave me the worse nausea and stomach ache. The smell before you rinse is so bad but if you can get past both of those things then a great idea for weight loss.

Not for me sadly

I really wanted these to be good but I found the texture to difficult to get past. They are rubbery and tasteless. I couldnt eat them and wasted a meal by adding them..just yuk

Firm texture with bite

Tossed them in a wok full of Chinese leaf, broccoli, yellow capsicum, shallot, garlic, ginger, chilli, fish sauce and a packet of frozen prawns for a nutritious heartwarming winter dish and perfect for a dieter. Deffo on my list and one packet was enough for two with the veg and prawns. No more mushy sticky noodles yay!

Very useful .

If you are seriously cutting down on carbs these is a good option .You must rinse these thoroughly and with a sauce they aren't very different from normal noodles .

Avoid this product!

Beware of this product, I woke in the middle of the night with stomach cramps and nausea and more research into these showed that loads of other people had the same issue. It was definitely these as I had both packets on 2 different nights and had same issue. Not worth the risk!
