Preparation and Usage
Directions for use:
Dampen the applicator provided with clean warm water and use this to apply the cleaning paste as needed. Rub the surface using a circular motion to lift and remove stains and food residues. Rinse clean the applicator and reapply product where necessary. Rinse and wipe clean surfaces using the sponge side of the applicator and clean warm water.
For use on vitreous and powdered enamel, toughened glass and oven racking/shelves.
This product contains an abrasive. Care is needed on delicate or polished surfaces to avoid scratching. Unplug electrical appliances before cleaning them. Do not use on non-stick or Teflon coatings.

Really is as good as it the description
All oven cleaners say they power through grease so reading this description I thought this would make promises like the others. I didnt use gloves, I didnt spend the full time coughing & spluttering & I didnt need to leave it to soak. Im amazed at how effortless cleaning the oven was. I had an food overspill on the bottom of the oven which wiped away no problem. The doors on the oven are now like windows they are that clean! One pot did my double oven & grill and four shelves with plenty to spare. 100% recommended!

Excellent Product
This Astonish paste worked perfectly on my oven which hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It also worked well on burnt on marks. smells lovely.

Not impressed
As with the hob cleaner, Astonish used to make one paste which literally cleaned everything in the home and it's average price was around £1 per tub. The rebrand has seen them take one product and repackage it as several different ones. I've tried this and whilst yes it does work it's not as good as the original and won't last as long. I've switched to Stardrops pink stuff which is also cheap and a British cruelty free brand too.
