Great flavour
Nice smokey flavour. Quite a soft texture. Great with apple or ploughmans.

Lovely tasting smoked cheese
This cheese is lovely and a firm favourite for when you want something different. The texture is a little softer than plain cheddar. Excellent melted for example in a panini with tuna topped with Applewood Cheese which is heated through in foil in the oven.

A POOR SUBSTITUTE
Wanted sliced Smoked Austrian cheese but not available. Tried this cheddar and was thoroughly disappointed. Too crumbly, poor texture and a somewhat 'false' taste. Avoid.

Very, very nice. I like to eat this cheese with an apple - yum!
