Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. The following instructions are guidelines only.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat as indicated. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove film using a knife or scissors and serve. Do not reheat. All microwaves vary, these are guidelines only.
800W / 5 min 30 sec; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat as indicated. After cooking, remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes then serve. Do not reheat.
180ºC / Gas 4 / Fan 160ºC frozen 20-25 min

Winner!
My daughter is a fussy one. This is one of the few meals I can guarantee she will eat every bite, every time. Good opp to get some veg in her!

My daughter is such a fussy eater, but she seemed to love the hidden veg bolognese. Going to try the rest of the range!
