This wine is made with grapes grown throughout the Central Valley, which is made up of several small valleys ranging from Casablanca to Maule. Known as the most privileged and developed regions in the country, the Central Valley has a temperate Mediterranean climate with a dry and luminous ripening season, diverse soils and precise humidity and temperature patterns.

Alzar bargain

Very drinkable Sauvignon blanc from Chile, smooth and dry. Not the best I have ever had but when on offer at 2 for £12, a very definite bargain!

This is a nice (not brilliant) Sauvignon Blanc, but well worth the money

Really good!

This drinks like a more expensive Sauvignon. It's as dry as a bone, straw coloured. really good with fish and salads and any foods where you don't want any sweetness or richness to go with it. I've given it a five in that price point for sure. I got it on offer for two bottles for £10.
