Recipes
Perfect Roast Potatoes!
Ingredients:
1 kg roasting potatoes (e.g. agria)
1/2 cup Alfa One Rice Bran Oil
Directions:
Place a roasting dish in the oven and preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel potatoes and cut into egg sized chunks. Boil in salt water for 5 minutes until soft in the middle. Place Alfa One Rice Bran Oil in the roasting dish add potatoes and return to oven cooking for approx 45 minutes or until crisp and golden.

Great Value Alternative
I was looking for an oil with a high smoke point, following the recent publicity, and this does the job very nicely. Light, and not offering any unpleasant flavour to coat the food. It is a great alternative. The only down side is that it does tend to spit a lot, so you will need to don an oven glove, and use a splatter guard when frying. This is the only oil I will be using from now on.

Great
I can't fault it, everything I've made with this so far has turned out delicious. Even the falafels I fried in it tasted good. Will definitely be buying this again.
