1 Score the skin and season
2 Sear in the pan
3 Finish off in the oven
Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6 and remove all packaging.....
1 Score skin & season...
Pat the skin of the duck breasts with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Score the skin and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
2 Sear in pan...
Heat a frying pan on the hob over a medium to high heat without oil. Place the breast skin side down in the hot frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the skin turns golden brown; turn over and seal the meat for 1 minute. Pour off excess fat regularly.
3 Rest & serve...
Place the duck breasts skin side up on a baking tray in the middle of the pre-heated oven. Cook for 12-15 minutes, depending how you like your duck cooked. When the duck is cooked to your liking rest the meat in a warm place for 5-10 minutes before serving.

small duck breasts
Very disappointed with the size of the product not worth the money even on the 3 for £10 wouldnt purchase again

Very nice
Bought these as the full sized duck breasts were out of stock. Yes, the portions are half the size of a regular duck breast but, cooked correctly, these are delicious. Served with homemade cherry and red wine sauce, Dauphinois potatoes and steamed veg and we were so full afterwards! If you're a big eater, you could have a pack each - still good value! Will buy again.

Tasty and a healthier alternative to chicken
This is a great product. The trimmed breasts are a good size as they give an adequate portion which in this day and age of oversized portions is refreshing, if you're after more to eat, have more veg! Not yet tried it shredded or stir fried, just pan roasted but so far, no complaints!

Not much flavour and the size is very small for the price. Wont be buying again

very poor, small size
as others have said, the breasts are tiny and I would agree they seem to be one breast cut into two. good taste but the price and size leave a bitter taste. You get less for more cost I'm afraid
