Vouchers

We may make vouchers available to you electronically which can be used for your online shopping on our groceries website or app. We do not accept any other vouchers on this website or mobile app (including, vouchers obtained in-store).

Each voucher will contain specific details explaining how it works but we have also set out some general terms here.

What are the different types of vouchers I could receive?

Money off vouchers

These vouchers entitle you to money off your total shop. Each voucher sets out the amount that will be deducted from your bill and how much you need to spend on your shop in order to get money off (if applicable). Where the voucher does not state a minimum spend, we normally require your total order (including any amendments) to equal or exceed £40, except during the Christmas delivery period where it must equal or exceed £60. The minimum spend excludes delivery charges and the cost of any drugs, pharmaceutical products, infant milk or formula (as these products cannot be purchased with vouchers).The Christmas delivery period is from 20 December to 24 December inclusive.

Product specific vouchers

These vouchers entitle you to money off particular products, or sometimes a free product. Each voucher sets out which product the voucher applies to and the saving you will make (if applicable). These vouchers are subject to the relevant products being available to us and in stock when we pick your order for delivery. If the relevant product is not available and we deliver a substitute to you, the voucher cannot be used again (as each voucher code can only be used once) and the voucher cannot be used against the price of the substitute.

Free delivery vouchers

These vouchers entitle you to a free delivery slot on a specified day within a specified time period. The voucher will set out the specified delivery slot(s), for example, between 10am - 12pm on the 23rd/24th/25th. Once you have chosen your delivery slot, the delivery fee will be reduced to £0 when you input the voucher code during checkout. If you subsequently decide to change your delivery slot after you have placed your order using the voucher, when you are choosing your new delivery slot on our website or mobile app, all available free delivery slots will be indicated by a red coloured van. Our free delivery vouchers will also set out how much you need to spend on your shop in order to use the voucher (if applicable). Where the voucher does not state a minimum spend, we normally require your total order (including any amendments) to equal or exceed £40, except during the Christmas delivery period where it must equal or exceed £60. How do I use the vouchers?

Each voucher will set out a voucher code or codes to be entered during checkout and the order that you should enter the codes. To activate the voucher, please follow the instructions on the voucher. If you get the process wrong for any reason, you will receive an automatic message telling you an error has occurred. If you receive this message, please check the instructions on the voucher and try again.

How long can I use the vouchers for?

Each voucher will set out an expiry date. Please check the expiry date carefully. Some vouchers may simply set out an expiry date by which you must place your order. However, some vouchers may set out an expiry date by which your order must be delivered. The voucher will automatically expire on the expiry date.

In what circumstances am I not allowed to use the voucher?

You cannot:

  • use our money-off vouchers to purchase any drugs, pharmaceutical products, infant milk or formula;
  • use our vouchers to purchase products from any other website or from any store (Morrisons or otherwise);
  • use our vouchers in conjunction with one another (unless expressly stated otherwise). You can however combine vouchers with general product or promotional offers on our website or mobile app;
  • use our vouchers if you are an employee of WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC or any of its group companies;
  • use any of our vouchers more than once. Each voucher code can only be used once and only by one person;
  • apply our vouchers to past orders you have placed with us or otherwise backdate them;
  • redeem our vouchers for cash.

We may withdraw or terminate our vouchers at any time, either as a whole or in part (e.g. just for specific delivery areas) where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we do this, the vouchers may not be used for orders placed after withdrawal or termination but this will not affect any orders that we have already accepted.

We also reserve the right to reject your use of a voucher where we reasonably suspect fraud.

We have complete discretion over the vouchers that we make available from time to time. We may run different vouchers for different customers with different terms (for example, different amounts, types or expiry dates) and we may limit certain vouchers to certain regions or delivery areas.
