2. Tear open the top corner. Microwave (mee-cro-wavé) for 1 min 15 sec at 700W. Careful when you take the pouch out of the microwave as it can be seriously hot.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 1. Bring 2tbsp of water to the boil in a sauce pan. Empty the pasta into the pan.
2 Cover and simmer for about 3 mins until water is absorbed. Stir gently and serve.
