Plate will become hot during cooking; Microwave - From Frozen. Prepare 10 mins
Remove outer packaging & film lid. Place tray onto a microwable plate
Cook on full power
800W - Cook for 10 mins, stand for 1 min
900W - Cook for 9 mins, stand for 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 45 mins
Pre-heat the oven & remove outer packaging & film lid
Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 45 mins
