Cooking Instructions - General. Our Battered Fish Fingers are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium heat 14 mins
Pre-heat the grill pan on a medium heat & remove all packaging
Cook on the base of the grill pan for 14 mins. Turn once half way through cooking.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8, 15 mins
Pre-heat the oven & a baking tray
Remove all packaging
Cook in the middle of the oven on the preheated baking tray for 15 mins
